Gabriel Izak is a songwriter and producer, currently living in the Pacific Northwest.

Growing up in a small but vibrant town amidst the Redwood forest, Gabriel loved to create fantasy realms and soundscapes. He would spend hours recording stories & textures onto cassettes, drawing album art for imaginary bands, and scoring short horror films he made with friends. After a side quest studying piano at Berklee College of Music, Gabriel taught himself drums, bass, guitar, & mixing, and began to work as a producer. Simultaneously, he started cooking up his own original tunes: heartfelt little offerings that range from nylon string folk to whimsical hyperpop world-building.

In 2023 a short film he scored for acclaimed director Nick Roney, “The Flute” premiered at SXSW Film Festival and won the grand jury award for Midnight Shorts.

2024 saw the release of two EP’s Gabriel produced, Hugo van Buuren’s “Two Truths” and March Adstrum’s “Relics from Phantoms”.

In November of ‘24, Gabriel released his debut single “Tinderbox” and has more music on the way.
